Cocktail receptions, where you eat nothing but appetizers, are all the rage these days, and for good reason! Forget the formality of a sit-down meal, you can entertain lots of people at the same time, and throughout the reception, bites come and go, stretching the pleasure and inviting discovery.
The vegan cocktail reception creates a convivial atmosphere, ideal for renewing acquaintances or making new ones. Since we eat standing up, everyone can stroll around as they please…
