Valentine’s menu

Entrance :

Beluga lentil and seaweed caviar tartar, fine herbs,

candied wakame and ginger sushi, a small February salad with passion fruit.

Where

Trio of Vegetable Nuts (exclusive house recipe), like scallops, on a bed of leek fondant

and caramelized parsnips, salsify chips, vegan beurre blanc.

Dish :

Like a Bouchée a la Reine in crispy puff pastry, topped with a smooth, creamy filling,

truffle flavour, textured chicken-style soy, cave mushrooms, ceps and morels.

Rösti potatoes

Dessert :

Pavlova with red fruit pana cota and almond nougatine petals.

In Ixelles at BARNS BIO MARKET Rue de la Tulipe 22, 1050 Ixelles Dishes will be collected from 12 noon to 2 p.m.

– Home deliveries, IF REALLY NECESSARY, 19 € and + extra charge depending on distance,(taxi-colis) will be made from 2 pm. You will receive a call at the beginning of the day to confirm the time.
