TERMS AND CONDITIONS / RGPD SLURPS / BIOTRAITEUR
These terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Slurps / Biotraiteur / bingoni and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the Customer or User, who agree to perform the contract in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale. Slurps / Biotraiteur’s stated prices and conditions of sale form the principal of the agreement between Slurps / Biotraiteur and the Customer/User.
By placing an order and using this site, the customer accepts our terms and conditions of sale.
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders and/or contracts to the exclusion of the general terms and conditions of Slurps / Biotraiteur / bingoni customers.

In general, you can visit our site on the Internet without having to identify yourself or provide any personal information about yourself. However, we may ask you for information. For example, to process an order, establish correspondence or provide a subscription. We may supplement this information to complete a transaction or provide better service. The present contract grants Slurps / Biotraiteur the right to use the data provided by the Customer for statistical analyses, the results of which will be processed anonymously.
The User declares that he/she accepts the characteristics and recognizes the limits of the Internet and its technical performance.

The User is solely responsible for the choice, use and interpretation of the data he/she consults and transfers and for the use of the services offered by Slurps / Biotraiteur / bingoni, which cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever.
Slurps / Biotraiteur / bingoni undertakes to do its utmost to provide Users with reliable and rapid access, available and verified information and/or tools, but cannot be held responsible for errors, lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on the Site.
Internet ordering
All orders must be placed using the electronic ordering system set up by Biotraiteur SLURPS/ Bingoni on the website

Only orders placed before 10.15 a.m. the previous day will be taken into account.
All customers wishing to place an order must first register their company. Once Biotraiteur SLURPS/ Bingoni
agrees to integrate the new company into one of its delivery rounds, the customer(s) must register on the website www. Biotraiteur .be
allowing them to order online.
The customer must always state the delivery address, billing address and contact details, as specified in the fields on the order form.
Only orders for meetings are placed online by 12:00 noon the day before.
In order to guarantee delivery times and always offer fresh, high-quality products, a minimum order of €25 per company is required.
If this amount is not reached, delivery will not be possible.
Delivery time
Orders must be placed no later than 10:15 a.m. for next-day delivery (working days) before 1:00 p.m.
The customer may also place an order for other days and specify this on the order form.
It should be noted, however, that some products require special preparation, as in the case of catered meal trays. In this case, the customer must order online 48 hours in advance.
Delivery times for goods delivered to the customer are given purely as an indication and cannot in any case engage our responsibility.
Note: Advance orders are given priority for delivery. Unforeseeable circumstances, such as strikes, fire, floods, etc., and in general any circumstance that makes deliveries impossible or more difficult, will not be taken into account.

In any event, we cannot be forced to demonstrate the unforeseeable or invincible nature of these circumstances, nor can we be forced to demonstrate that they render performance of the agreement impossible.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free in Brussels, & B.W. For all other destinations in Belgium, charges are calculated according to your delivery zone (based on postal codes). Delivery charges are exclusive of VAT (21%).
Cancellation or modification
Cancellations are not possible except 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE following agreement by e-mail postmaster@slurps.be
Warranty
Biotraiteur SLURPS/ Bingoni will make every effort to supply the goods ordered. If these are not available
-Biotraiteur SLURPS/ Bingoni uses mainly fresh products, and as a result the products provided may vary according to the market. Biotraiteur SLURPS/ Bingoni will offer the customer, if he so wishes, to replace the products ordered with comparable products. If the customer does not
If you don’t agree with this proposal, you can always refuse the Biotraiteur SLURPS/ Bingoni proposal without incurring any costs.
Payment
The customer has two means of payment:
-cash on delivery
following prior agreement with Biotraiteur / Bingoni, the
payment by bank transfer after receipt of the invoice.
or online using Bancontact/Visa via the
secure online payment system from Ogone. Biotraiteur SLURPS/ Bingoni prices
are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is 6%.
on all food and beverage products except beer and wine, where it is 21%.
In the event of non-payment of all or part of an invoice on the due date, the unpaid amount will be increased, ipso jure and without prior notice, by a flat-rate penalty equal to 15%, but not less than 15 Euros.
Failure to pay an invoice by the due date renders all other invoices immediately payable. It also gives Biotraiteur SLURPS/Bingoni the right to suspend current contracts for supplies still to be delivered.
Warranties and liability
Any event or circumstance which does not constitute a fault on our part and which could stop, suspend or interrupt the performance of a contract is reserved for our benefit and discharges us from all liability in the same way as a case of force majeure.
Slurps / Biotraiteur / bingoni cannot be held responsible for any incorrect display resulting from a technical error.
Similarly, Slurps / Biotraiteur / bingoni will not be obliged to honour an order resulting from a technical error. Invoice claims
Any complaint concerning the content of the invoice must be made in writing within eight days of receipt. After this period, the invoice will be considered definitively and irrevocably accepted by the purchaser.
